We hereby guarantee your room reservation for the requested period, according to the details provided in your booking request.

The cancellation deadline is at least 48 hours (2 calendar days) prior to the arrival date.
If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before check-in or in case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the equivalent of the first night’s stay, based on the standard reception rate or the contracted rate, as applicable.
