Iosefin Residence is the first apart-hotel in Timișoara, located in the Iosefin district, one of the most beautiful historical areas in Timisoara, just 5 minutes from the city center.
Being composed only of apartments, Iosefin Residence represents a new concept in the hotel field in Romania, which translates into quality, refinement and comfort. Access from the city center
From the Orthodox Cathedral cross the bridge towards Maria Square following the tram lines, go straight ahead and opposite the Sinaia Church you will notice the Apart-Hotel Iosefin Residence on the right. Access with your own car – no matter which side you enter the city from, follow the signs that direct you to the central area.
Access from the train station or bus station
The Iosefin neighborhood is located on the routes of several means of public transport that connect the train station, Iosefin Residence and the center. The area is crossed by tram lines: 1, 2, 7, 8, by buses 32, 33.
Access from Traian Vuia airport
Express 4 (E4) connects Traian Vuia airport and the center of Timisoara. Travel time is approximately 20 minutes. The ticket counter was located in the Curse Interne terminal – toll office, with non-stop hours. More details found on www.aerotim.ro.

The building is secured. All common areas are under video surveillance. All apartments are equipped with an alarm system and fire protection.
Parking
There is paid public parking in front of the hotel and 2 drop on&off spaces, exclusive to customers.
Shuttle service
Shuttle service to and from the airport is available for a fee.
Courier
Our staff can handle your mail and parcels, free of charge, during reception opening hours.
Conference room
The conference room can accommodate up to 50 people and is specially designed and equipped to support various types of events.
Kitchen
All our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen.
