Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy
All reservations made on a non-refundable rate are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Non-Refundable Conditions:
The total amount of the reservation will be charged in full at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations and Changes:
In the event of cancellation, no-show or modification of the reservation (including change of stay dates, shortening of stay or reduction of the number of people), no refunds or compensation will be made, regardless of the reason for the cancellation or modification.
Early Departure:
Guests who leave the property before the confirmed check-out date will not receive a partial refund or credit for unused nights.
Force Majeure Cases:
Exceptions to this policy may only be considered in cases of force majeure (such as government travel restrictions, natural disasters or other extraordinary events beyond the control of the guest), at the sole discretion of the management of the establishment.
Acceptance of Conditions:
By confirming a non-refundable reservation, the guest acknowledges and fully accepts the terms and conditions of this policy.
INTERNAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Hotel Iosefin Residence – Timișoara
Dear Guests,
Please take a moment to read the following regulations, designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and tranquility of all who stay with us.
1. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 14:00
Check-out: until 11:00
Please inform the reception if you require early check-in or late check-out. These are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Identification
Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid ID for registration, in accordance with current legislation.
3. Room Access
Access is permitted only to registered guests.
Visitors are allowed in the rooms only until 22:00 and only with the approval of reception staff.
4. Quiet Hours and Respect for Other Guests
Please observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
Parties or loud behavior are not permitted within the hotel premises.
5. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and all indoor areas.
It is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Violation of this rule will result in a 500 RON cleaning and sanitation fee.
6. Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is provided between 08:00 and 16:00.
If you prefer privacy, please use the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.
7. Personal Belongings
The hotel is not responsible for personal belongings left in rooms.
Safes are available in each room for storing valuables.
8. Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel, regardless of size or breed.
9. Parking
The hotel does not have a private parking area.
Guests may use nearby public parking spaces at their own risk.
10. Restaurant
The hotel does not operate its own restaurant.
Breakfast and other meals can be enjoyed at a partner restaurant located within the hotel premises.

11. Damages and Responsibility
Any damage caused to hotel property must be covered by the guest responsible.
Please report any malfunctions or irregularities to the reception.
12. Alcohol and Prohibited Substances
Alcohol consumption is allowed in rooms, provided noise levels are respected.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
13. Lost & Found
Forgotten items will be kept at the reception for up to 6 months.
Failure to comply with these rules
Management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest who violates these regulations, without refund.
